Operates the platform
The entity you contract with. It is named in the Terms of Service as your counterparty, in the Privacy Notice as the operator of the platform, and on your invoices. It owns the software and the brand.

The holding company. It owns MediGent Technologies LLP and medigent.io, which serves markets outside India. It is not a party to your agreement and does not hold your patient records.

Why we spell this out. Both companies are owned by the same people. The Terms, the Privacy Notice and your invoice all name MediGent Technologies LLP, and ownership sitting one level up changes none of that.
Where the credentials sit. SNOMED CT Affiliate Licence 1743442 and DPIIT recognition DIPP271740 are both held by MediGent Technologies LLP, the operating company, not by the holding company. Both are issued to a named legal person and both are publicly checkable, so we name the holder rather than the group.
medigent.io serves markets outside India and is owned by Medigentic AI Private Limited. This site, medigent.in, is the Indian service: Hindi and English on the phone, ABDM and ABHA, records held in Mumbai, and MediGent Technologies LLP as your counterparty. If you are an Indian clinic, you are in the right place.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act a data grievance must reach a named officer, not a shared inbox. Ours is named.
We acknowledge grievances promptly and respond within the timelines the Act sets. Patients should raise a request with their clinic first, because the clinic holds the record and decides what happens to it. The full position is in the Privacy Policy.
