MediGent does not sell or ship any physical product. Everything a clinic or patient uses — the dashboard, the AI receptionist, the patient app, AI credits — is delivered digitally, over the internet, the moment it is set up or paid for.
Digital delivery
AI credits land in a clinic’s wallet immediately on a successful payment. There is no waiting period and nothing to track. The patient app and clinic dashboard are available instantly on sign-up, from a web browser or the native app.
Phone numbers
A rented clinic phone number is provisioned and made live on the AI receptionist within 24 hours of a successful identity verification and payment. This is a service activation, not a physical shipment.
No physical goods, no international shipping
Because nothing physical is ever shipped, this policy has no import or export, transit insurance, or courier-partner details to disclose — there are none. MediGent is available to clinics and patients in India today; international availability, if it changes, will be reflected here.
