Enterprise
Bigger practices, set up by us. A separate phone number for each doctor, each with its own receptionist, prompts written for your speciality, one-to-one onboarding, a dedicated account manager and concierge support.
The per-minute price is the whole price
A minute of talk time costs 5 credits on Growth or 4 on Pro, and that is everything. No charge for storing the call, none for writing it up, and none for telling you or your patient what happened. Four things ride free on every minute.
Kept and playable from your dashboard, so you can hear exactly what was said.
The whole conversation as text, searchable, sitting next to the recording.
Their booking confirmation goes out on WhatsApp, included in the minute.
An alert the moment a patient books or asks for a call back, on your own phone.
Run out mid-month? Top up any amount
Credits never come with a cliff. Add anything from ₹500 to ₹50,000 whenever you need to, and the bonus climbs with the size of the pack.
Above ₹5,000 the 10 percent holds all the way to ₹50,000, so ₹10,000 becomes 11,000 credits. Unused credits roll over for up to 60 days, oldest spent first.
What uses credits, and how much
Everything below, and nothing else. Anything marked zero is carried by the minute it belongs to, rather than charged again.
| When this happens | Credits | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| A phone call, per minute | 5 / 4 | Growth, then Pro |
| A call under 15 seconds | 3 | Misdials and spam are not charged a full minute |
| Recording of that call | 0 | Included in the minute |
| Transcript of that call | 0 | Included in the minute |
| Booking confirmation to the patient | 0 | Included in the minute |
| WhatsApp alert to you and your staff | 0 | Included, when a patient books or wants a call back |
| Someone starts a chat on your website | 1 | Charged once, however long they talk |
| Someone starts a WhatsApp conversation | 2 | Once per 24 hours, the way Meta bills us |
| A booking made by chat or web | 3 | Only when a real appointment lands |
| A booking made on WhatsApp | 4 | Includes the confirmation message |
| A missed call chased on WhatsApp | 1 | Plus 1 more only if that patient then books |
| A reminder or follow-up sent | 1 | Per message that actually goes out |
| A video consultation | 3 + 25 | Covers the first 5 minutes, then 5 a minute |
| A social post made for you | 10 | Written and designed, ready to publish |
| Your phone line, monthly | 350 | Every plan pays the same for its line |
Your patients’ records are never held hostage. Charts, prescriptions, consents and appointments keep working whatever your balance says. Only the answering, the messaging and the reminding stop.
Your number stays yours. Run out mid-month and nothing disappears. The line comes straight back when you top up, and patients who message still reach your staff.
Prices exclude GST. Goods and Services Tax at 18 percent is added at checkout. Credits are face value: 4,000 credits cost ₹4,000 and buy ₹4,000 of use.
* About the call counts. The calls-a-month figures assume your credits go only to AI calling. Credits are one pool, also spent on chats, WhatsApp, reminders and video, so a clinic using those will make fewer calls. The figure is based on an average call of 70 seconds, measured across 2,924 real calls, and is rounded down.
The phone line. Every plan with a number pays 350 credits a month for it, the same whether it is your first line or your fifth.
Questions doctors ask before they buy
What exactly is a credit?
One credit is one rupee. Your plan brings a fresh allowance every month, and everything the system does for a patient draws from it at the rates in the table above. There is no second currency to learn and no conversion to work out.
Do unused credits carry over?
Yes. Anything you do not spend rolls over for up to 60 days, so a quiet month is not a wasted one. The oldest credits are always spent first, which means the ones you bought earliest are never the ones left to lapse.
What happens if I run out in the middle of the month?
Your phone line goes quiet rather than answering and hanging up, because a half-answered call is worse for a patient than a ringing one. The website chatbot hands callers your clinic's own number instead. Nothing is deleted, and both come back within minutes of a top-up.
Do my patient records stop working too?
No, and that is built into the software rather than promised in a policy. Charts, prescriptions, consent forms and the appointment desk never check your balance at all. Only the answering, messaging and reminding stop.
If credits run out mid-conversation, is the call cut off?
Never. A call already in progress always finishes. If it runs past your balance the shortfall is simply recorded and cleared by your next top-up.
Does a wrong number cost me a full minute?
No. Any call ending under 15 seconds bills a flat 3 credits instead of a whole minute, so misdials, spam and silent calls do not cost you a minute's rate.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Every price here excludes GST, which is charged at 18 percent at checkout. The credits themselves are face value: 1,000 credits cost ₹1,000 and buy ₹1,000 of use.
What happens to my credits if I stop paying?
They are frozen, not deleted. You have 30 days to renew and pick up exactly where you left off. Your patient records stay open throughout, whether you renew or not.
Do I have to buy credits on top of my plan?
Only if you want to. The plan's allowance arrives every month on its own. Top-ups exist for the months you use more than the plan holds, and they carry a bonus that grows with the size of the pack.
Can I see where my credits went?
Yes. Every debit is itemised in your wallet, downloadable as a spreadsheet, and every top-up has a GST receipt you can download for your accounts. Every call also keeps its own recording and transcript.
Can each doctor have their own phone number?
Yes, on Enterprise. Multiple lines, each with its own receptionist and its own prompt, are configured for you rather than switched on from the dashboard. Write to us and we will set it up.
